Cancellation Policy treatments/ activities
We are committed to providing exceptional service to our clients while ensuring fair compensation for our therapists. To achieve this balance, we have established the following policy regarding last-minute cancellations and no-shows.
The Cancellation & NO SHOW Fees are the sole responsibility of the guest and must be paid in full.
DEFINITIONS:
Last-Minute Cancellation: A cancellation made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time.
If we can fill your changed/canceled appointment time, you will NOT be charged a fee. You are welcome to send a friend to take your appointment to avoid these fees.
No-Show: Guests who do not show up for their appointment without contacting us will be considered a ‘NO SHOW’ and therefore will incur the full cost of consultation.
Late-Arrival: A client who arrives more than 15 minutes late for their scheduled appointment time.
If you are late, we may not be able to provide the full duration of your appointment, however full payment is required.
