Description
As the days grow shorter, we turn inward. This winter-only meditation begins with Trataka, the ancient practice of candle gazing — letting the soft flame steady the mind and draw the senses into stillness. Then, the candle is extinguished, and we simply sit together in darkness and silence.
A practice to embrace, rather than resist, the quiet depth of winter.
